Experience has taught me that personal referrals are one of the most reliable factors in hiring.

Anyone can say anything in an interview—it’s only after onboarding that you truly learn who you’ve hired. That’s a big risk.

Referrals help reduce that risk by verifying a candidate’s story and providing insights into their character and potential for success. But what if you don’t have a referral?
