Experience has taught me to give more weight to a personal referral than almost any other factor throughout a hiring process. 

Anyone can say anything in an interview. You don’t truly know who you are hiring until well after candidate onboarding. That’s a big risk. 

Referrals lessen that risk because they help verify the story your interviewee is telling you and give you insights into their character and capacity to succeed.

What if you don’t have a referral? One solution is to build a page like this. 

My goal help us know if we’re a fit.. and figure it out quickly.
